The Mandarino apartment

The Mandarino apartment, which is part of the "La Quercia Holiday Homes" complex, covers a single floor of 70 m², with a private entrance, an internal parking space, and two gardens. The front garden opens onto a cozy entrance veranda, while the small back garden provides a private shaded area thanks to the mandarin tree from which the apartment takes its name.

Large and bright sliding windows connect the garden to the veranda and the living room, which is equipped with a practical kitchenette that can comfortably accommodate multiple guests. WiFi, TV, two double bedrooms, a sofa bed, the main bathroom, and a guest bathroom have been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people.

How to get around

By car

To reach the seaside and the evergreen pine forest of Ostia, simply drive along Cristoforo Colombo for about ten minutes in the direction of Ostia. For the city center, you can take Cristoforo Colombo in the opposite direction:

• For about twenty minutes, you can conveniently reach Metro B stops (Eur Fermi, Eur Palasport, Eur Magliana).
• For about thirty to forty minutes, you can directly arrive near Circo Massimo.

By public transportation

The "La Quercia Holidayhomes" complex is a five-minute walk from the bus stops of lines 06 and 066, which take you to the Roma-Lido train in 15-20 minutes. The Roma-Lido train passes through the heart of Ostia, connecting the Roman coast directly to the historic center, with stops at Porta San Paolo (intersection with Metro B) and Basilica San Paolo.

Also, within a five-minute walk, you can reach the bus stop of line 070, which directly takes you to Eur Fermi, a Metro B stop and a convenient access point to the city center.
